Most places pour mimosas from a bottle that’s been open since who-knows-when. Ours comes off the tap — cold, fresh, and properly fizzy. Classic orange, or ask for whatever juice we’ve got.

Thirty-plus tequilas, a proper mezcal shelf, Texas bourbon, and single malts. Neat, on the rocks, or built into whatever you want.
